Experience and Reputation : We’ve been in business for 13 years and have established ourselves in the community.  Offering classes in different styles for every age, skill level and commitment level ensures that each dancer can find what’s right for them.  Proper technique is taught in a fun, safe and positive environment.  The level of instruction received prepares our students to participate in opportunities outside of Elite as well.  Several of our dancers have received roles with the Pennsylvania Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet and San Jose Ballet in their versions of The Nutcracker.  After graduation, many of our dancers have gone on to earn spots on college dance teams such as Ohio State, Toledo, Akron, Ohio University, U.N.L.V., Kent State and Ashland.  Others have done industrials and have danced professionally on the Cleveland Barrens, Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Gladiators dance teams, performed on cruise lines, in music videos and in some of Las Vegas’ most prestigious shows.  By selecting the proper studio and putting forth the effort, your current dance experience can have vast, positive potential in your future line of work or collegiate extra curricular activities.

State-of-the-Art Facility : We have five spacious studios (our Center Stage studio has cathedral ceilings and is the largest in the area) that are equipped with suspended maple flooring or suspended Marley flooring, professional lighting/sound systems and viewing windows.

Continuing Education for Our Instructors : We understand the importance of staying up-to-date in the dance world so that our students are always receiving the BEST dance education possible.  Our instructors attend conventions and interactive seminars to earn certification each year.  Additionally, some of our instructors have taken classes with Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, Shane Sparks, Brian Friedman, Chris Judd and Travis Wall just to name a few.  The knowledge and experience our instructors receive through these opportunities is a benefit not only to them, but also to their students.

Staff : Our staff consists of some of the best instructors in the business.  Check out their bios and see for yourself what they have to offer.  Not only are they qualified, they are also dedicated, positive, supportive and enthusiastic!  They love to dance and are thrilled to share their passion and knowledge with their students!

Programs : We offer many different programs to meet the needs of each age/commitment level.  Whether you have a 2 ½-3 year old participating in our Mommy N Me classes, are a preschooler/kindergartner involved in our Creative Movements Program, interested in our Boy’s Hip Hop class, a youth, pre-teen/teen wanting to take a specific class in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, musical theatre, acro, leaps n turns, pre-pointe or pointe, are a member of our Dance Teams or Performing Company or you’re a parent wanting to stay in shape in our Pilates class, you will find what you’re looking for at Elite.  We are also proud to announce the kick-off of our mini camps which will take place on certain Saturdays throughout the year with themes such as High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Cheetah Girls, Dress Up & Dance and A Princess Ball.  Specialized theme birthday parties and field trips can also be planned at the studio.

Our Philosophy : To us, dance is a way of life!  We believe that each dancer is important and brings something special to the classroom.  We encourage our youth, preteen/teen dancers to be the best they can be through hard work, perseverance, teamwork and dedication.  Our preschool/kindergarten students get their first glimpse of how fun and rewarding dance can be while gaining a better understanding of how their bodies move.  We provide the instruction and technique and our dancers create the magic!  We remain dedicated to offering the best dance experience possible to ALL of our students.  Whether you are a toddler in our Mommy N Me classes, a preschooler / kindergartner involved in our Creative Movements program, taking our Boys Hip Hop class, a youth, pre-teen/teen taking advantage of the many styles of dance available to you, or a member of our Dance Teams or Company, there is something for EVERYONE at Elite and we invite you to join our dance family!
